Developed based on IoT, AI, big data and cloud computing technologies, the non-contact vital signs monitoring system consists of smart sensing mattresses, Bluetooth gateways and platform management software. It enables continuous, non-intrusive collection of patients’ heart rate, respiratory rate, in-bed status and limb movement without electrode patches or wearable devices to deliver round-the-clock monitoring. Collected data is automatically uploaded to the system via Bluetooth/Wi-Fi and gateways, with multi-channel alerts triggered for abnormal conditions. Monitoring data can be automatically filed and synchronized with nursing records, while the system supports seamless integration with hospital HIS and nursing management systems. Widely deployed in numerous domestic medical institutions, it fits inpatient wards, post-operative monitoring and elderly care scenarios, effectively cutting nurses’ routine rounds workload and providing early warning of patients’ clinical deterioration risks.
